Each piece of reclaimed wood has variations which create its beauty.  These variations ensure that each piece is truly a one-of-a-kind item.  This uniqueness makes it difficult to recreate items exactly as seen on our site, but we do our best to make sure your piece has the same look, feel, coloration, and materials as the items listed.  If we are unable to get your item close to what is listed on our website, we will notify you with any major variations before building your item.


Return Policy: Fresh Dust accepts returns on all non-custom items within 10 days of purchase.  

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs related returning the item. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Damaged Item: In the unfortunate event that your item was damaged in shipment, please see our Shipping page for instructions on this process and contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the package.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received as long as it is in the condition it was shipped.

  • Custom items, or normally stocked items made in custom colors and/or sizes are not eligible for return.

  • Items shipped via freight carrier are not eligible for return.


Order Cancellation: Our customer has 48 hours to cancel an order.  After 48 hours, cancellation fees will apply as follows:

Beyond 48 hours - 20% cancellation fee

2 Weeks - minimum 50% cancellation fee

Cancellations beyond 2 weeks - Depending where we are in the build process, this may represent a significant portion of the total price of the item. While we reserve the right to apply a cancellation fee at our discretion beyond 2 weeks, we will always strive to be fair - things happen.

All items are sold "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."  There are no warranties attached or implied to any of our items.
